I was in on Friday September 19 and was helped by a wonderful sales associate whose name I regrettably didn’t catch. I want to give her a FIVE stars review for EXCELLENT customer service, emotional intelligence and pressure resilience. We forget that customer service can make or break customer experience. Well done, LOF Queen West.

I knew LOF was opening up a store in Queen West but didn't realize they were open already so I popped in on a Thursday afternoon and was greeted by the lovely Liv who helped me try on a multitude of swimsuit tops in all different styles. She was so great in explaining the brand to me and the material + fit of the swimsuits. I literally came back the next day with my mom for her to try on some swimsuits as well and Liv was there to help her out as well. Happy they have a location in Toronto now, so you can try on and figure out your sizing in store (in case you want to buy a colour set that they may not have in store). Still trying to decide which colour I want to purchase. [Shoutout Liv!]

Every time I’ve gone in I’ve been impressed by how friendly and helpful everyone is. Hannah was amazingly patient and cheerful while I tried out a million colours and styles. So happy with my new suits and the whole experience.

Needed a new bathing suit. Have seen a lot of ads online. Went to store to try on sizes and check quality of material. store clerk was super helpful (Katherine) and brought me various styles and sizes until I found exactly what I liked. Quality looks to be great. Lots of colours. Really happy with this shopping experience and will def be back!

I want to say how incredible my experience at the store on Queen was. The level of customer service was out of this world (I tried on a ton). I struggle to find good fitting bathing suits and left with 3. The quality is better than any high end suits I’ve tried before.

I can’t recommend this store enough. The service is amazing, they know their product and are super approachable and friendly. As for the brand they have lovely styles in a lot of solid colors. Trying on bathing suits was never my favorite thing but my experience was great here.

I've been getting a lot of ads for Left on Friday swimwear, but I never purchased one because I was worried about the fit. Today I was able to try a few swimsuits on, and I loved the number of colours and styles they had. Hanna and Liv, were extremely helpful with finding something that suited my needs; they were also very good at entertaining my baby while I shopped. With their assistance today, I am sold on a swimsuit; I just need to decide on a colour!

Such an amazing experience! Bathing suit shopping can be a bit daunting at times but the staff was so warm and welcoming, especially Hannah who exuded such an amazing energy. Also love that its a Canadian brand too!
